In 2017, Caitlin McCormick graduated from Muhlenberg College with a BA in Spanish Language and Literature and a Teaching Certificate in Pre-K to Fourth Grade Education. Eager to dive into teaching and explore the Spanish language further, Caitlin began her career in Madrid, Spain. There, she taught First, Second, and Third Grade English at a bilingual public school. Caitlin also spent two years teaching First Grade at The American School of Madrid.
In 2021, Caitlin returned to New York City to pursue her Master of Arts in Bilingual and Bicultural Education at Teachers College, Columbia University (completed in 2023). Caitlin also began teaching in the Spanish Dual Language program at a school on the Upper West Side, where she is now beginning her fourth year teaching First Grade.
When she is not in the classroom, Caitlin loves to travel, read, and explore all of the amazing restaurants NYC has to offer!
